We began our journey as teenagers when we met for the first time at a church youth event “Acquire the Fire”. We knew we wanted to spend our lives together, and we married three years later. Now we are serving God together, happily married for 22 years with four children and a grandson. We believe the best way to connect in today’s church is through serving. We faithfully served our local church for 15 years in every capacity. The relationships, growth and blessings we experienced proved invaluable as we stepped out in faith and founded FaithPointe in June, 2013. Our first service was a bible study in our home with six adults and a bunch of kids (laughing). Our bible study grew rapidly and it became time to search out a location for church services. God was so faithful, and we launched our first church service on Easter Sunday in 2014. Not too long after we were settled in to our first location, it was already too small. We fully renovated our Monroe Street location and moved in October 2016.
